A set made from scratch including an oversized shirt with an apron(or make it into a cute harness), headdress with cat ears and a collar.

Headdress includes a lower and a higher position.

It is 99% likely the issue is on your end, and if you don’t see a fix in Updates for your problem within a few weeks, you can assume it is an issue only on your end.
