A beautiful water theme dress set~!
Dyeable~! (The Tiara, Hands, & Feet dye like usual, but please be aware that the staff & dress itself is a diffuse, so while it is dyeable, the colours blend with the base colour. Each dye might not look exaclty like you assume it would, Pure White also doesn’t work, the dress being diffuse is to maintain the colours and water look)
