You need TBSE (or Echo or X for their specific textures).
There are IMC toggles for different parts of the top.
Echo comes in 3.0 and Resonance.
The belt and scarf were place on skirt weights instead of leg weights they can be posed independently.
I also editted the colorset slightly to make the metal pieces of the belt undyeable.

– Dalmascan Draped Bottoms: Pants
– Dalmascan Leather Shoes: Shoes

Everything else I do make sure to test on my end, but if I (the owner of the website) personally come up with nothing, your report will be thrown out. It is 99% likely the issue is on your end, and if you don’t see a fix in Updates for your problem within a few weeks, you can assume that that is the case.
