This is a personal tattoo I made that I have decided to share. The imagery ranges from across the body, and phases from death to life to the heavens. This tattoo is baked onto the underlying body diffuse because I made the tattoo with variegation in color around the edges of the design, so that it looks more real. It also includes a custom normal map, which allows light to scatter realistically across its surface.

The base of the body is the bibo+ body type with smooth fingers. I have added an Ephelis compatibility pack and au ra versions.

It works with any midlander-based bibo+ body – all females except Lalafell. I have included preview photos with models with lightest and darkest skin options.

To install: In textools, open the expandable menus to navigate to your character’s type: Character → Body → (Race & sex). Most of them share the Midlander base skin diffuse except for Highlanders, so you only have two places to look. Change the dropdown “Material” menu to the “Material: B” slot. You should see bibo+ asymmetrical diffuse there. The diffuse file goes in “Diffuse” and the normal goes in “Normal” (change between them with the dropdown “Texture Map” menu at the top right). Hit the “…” next to “Import” at the bottom of the window, navigate to where you saved the files, and import them.
