A short dress with puffy sleeves and leather straps + panties with leather belts wrapped around the legs.
Replaces Ao Dai and Quan by default.
Uses metadata to disable parts of the mod:

Weights are not perfect but I tried my best.
NOTE FOR BONE SCALING USERS: Remember to move the skirt bones to adjust them to the bigger size of your body bones!
Fitted to Lithe+, almond small chest and vanilla sized hips + Lithe+ calves.
Bibo+ textures on _bibo material slot are required for this mod to work properly.
