A hi-poly face 1 Au Ra edit. Includes makeup, vanilla, Natsuyo, and black & white scales, eyebrow & lash retextures, iris textures, and a new eyelash mesh.

The entire lower jaw/chin was pushed out forward for a more “sculpted” side profile, because of this things such as facial piercings will need to be adjusted. Also, there’s a shadow around the lips in certain lighting. I believe it’s due to the side profile being severely altered.
Makeup files (psd & clip) are provided for easy editing. Feel free to personalize it to your liking. Two additional eyebrow specular files are provided to those who prefer lighter brows or brows dyed separately from hair.
The limbal rings and toggleable forehead, nose, and cheek scales are still there; however, the toggleable eyeshadow has been removed

Everything else I do make sure to test on my end, but if I (the owner of the website) personally come up with nothing, your report will be thrown out. It is 99% likely the issue is on your end, and if you don’t see a fix in Updates for your problem within a few weeks, you can assume that that is the case.
