Hi friends! This sculpt is for midlander face 2 (If you want to use a different midlander face or a highlander face, I can move it for you). These are in-game screenshots. I’ve really wanted to diversify the face options available to me in game, and this is one of the results. The sculpt and teeth are mid-poly (higher than vanilla), and they should not cause any issues with gameplay.
I’ve created several makeups for it and included them both in the modpack and as .pngs so you can swap or edit when you feel like it. I’ve also created custom eyebrows, lashes, and moles made to fit the sculpt.
The sculpt is fitted with my Pearly White teeth, and you can choose between Hyur and elf ears.
Customizations:
- Pearly White tooth options
- Three makeup options
- Two brow options
- Two lash options
- Tattoos, moles, eye shadow toggle, and face paint are functional
Removed:
- Shape keys
- Scar
- Second eyebrow toggle
- Reaper eyes
Important note on teeth: I have removed support for other tooth types.
Note: Most facepaints work well, but the bandit-stripe one is a bit distorted in the middle.
Because this sculpt has monolids, I hand-painted custom weights and worked extensively on making them look good and function smoothly in game. This is an upscale of the SE vanilla head I made to work with the game and the movements/emotes in it.
No update is available for this mod.

- Catbox/Buzzheavier is down: yeah, services go down sometimes. Good indicator is download links not loading. We do not own Catbox or Buzzheavier, wait a few hours for the service providers to fix the issue, there’s nothing we can do.
- Buzzheavier is dead: bro its been back for MONTHS quit trying to tell me it doesn’t exist lmao
- A make-up/body mod only has loose files: lol
Everything else I do make sure to test on my end, but if I (the owner of the website) personally come up with nothing, your report will be thrown out. It is 99% likely the issue is on your end, and if you don’t see a fix in Updates for your problem within a few weeks, you can assume it is an issue only on your end.
