This is a Customize Plus Plugin customization for the Victoria sculpt by Sepha. If you do not use the Customize Plus plugin, you have no need of it.
To use, copy the code in the other txt file and use the Import from Clipboard option in Customize. May look weird on non-Victoria faces. May actually look weird in general, who knows.
