A dress, necklace and bottoms with a lot of thigh squish, and gloves. The leg bands can be either metallic or have a wrapped look. Underwear looks nice on its own.

It is 99% likely the issue is on your end, and if you don’t see a fix in Updates for your problem within a few weeks, you can assume it is an issue only on your end.
