A short, choker-styled cuban chain. Replaces the wayfarer’s necklace, and affects midlander based males, highlander males, tall females, hrothgar, and male roegadyn.
Comes in a wide variety of sizes for TBSE, including:

TBSE-Hunk
Type M
Thicclanders (lean back version)
HR3 includes all three sizes of medium, beefy, and chubby.
Includes support for Bibo.
